JUST IN: DSS Release LG chairman, Wale Adedayo, Who Accused Gov Dapo Abiodun of Embezzlement
The Embattled Chairman of Ijebu East Local Government, Wale Adedayo, who was arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS), has been released.
According to a source, Hon Adedayo was released after his lawyer successfully met the bail conditions
Wale Adedayo was detained since last Friday , said he remain unshaken despetite all his his recent ordeals.
The chairman noted that he had written a letter to the former governor of the state, Chief Olusegun Osuba with the support of other LG chairmen where he claimed that Dapo Abiodun, the governor of Ogun State had embezzled and refused to give local councils in the state , federal funding that was owed to them over the previous two years.
